Lovely Blossoms Thank You Cards

You can craft beautiful nature-inspired projects with the Lovely Blossoms Suite Collection as I have here with these two cards. 

The collection includes elegant flower stamps, dies, textured ribbon, beautifully patterned papers, embellishments and an embossing folder. All coordinating beautifully together to elevate your creativity for your next project. 

For these two cards I created the same simple layout and changed the look by simply changing the colour of the card base. Which do you like best?

• I adhered a Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper strip across the card. 
• Atop the Designer Series Paper is a narrow strip of the Whispers of Texture Specialty Paper. 
• Next comes the die cut broderie anglais piece in Petal Pink Cardstock, which creates the perfect background for the flowers. 
• I stamped the flowers in Secret Sea ink, lightly coloured with Secret Sea ink and a Blender Pen, die cut them and added the flowers with Stampin' Dimensionals to allow them to pop off the background. I then tucked the die cut leaves under the edges of the flowers. 
• For the sentiment, I stamped Thank You in Versamark Ink and heat embossed in white, before die cutting with the Lovely Arrangements dies and adhering over the flowers.
• I finished off my card with a bow knot in Cloud Cover Textured Ribbon and Moody Palette Glossy Dots embellishments. 

I used the same layout for both cards, with the Petal Pink layer slightly higher on the Secret Sea card base.

This layout could also be used in a portrait orientation.

Card Base - Secret Sea or Basic White cardstock - 21cm x 14.85cm, scored and folded at 10.5cm

Layer - Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper - 14.85cm x 5.5cm

White textured strip - Whispers of Texture Specialty Paper - 14.85cm x 2cm

Broderie anglaise piece - Petal Pink Cardstock - 8.5cm x 6.5cm

Leaves - Old Olive Cardstock - 11cm x 5cm, die cut 3 double leaves

Flowers - Basic White Cardstock - 10.5cm x 5cm

Sentiment label - Secret Sea Cardstock - 8cm x 4cm
