Thank you for joining us for this month's Let's Craft Together Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from Australia who have developed a wonderful friendship through our love of stamping and admiration of each other's creativity.
Each month, one of us takes turn to set a blog hop challenge, where we share our creativity with others through our blog hops. Be sure to hop along to them all, for lots of creative inspiration. You will see the list of names below.
This month Tracy Held chose the theme for our monthly challenge and we are using non-Christmas products to make Christmas projects.
For my project I have chosen the new Our Story stamp set from the November 2025 Online Exclusives release. This stamp set is predominantly intended for Scrapbooking, so I took on the double challenge to use this on a card instead and turn it into a Christmas card. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
The three stamps I chose from the Our Story stamp set were the two foliage leaves and the frame stamp. The leaves were stamped in alternating Garden Green and Granny Apple Green ink and the frame was stamped in real red.
The sentiment is from the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera pack, so although this ephemera pack is not Christmas themed as such, there are a few Christmas sentiments on the die cut sheets, along with many other sentiments for all occasions.
The background Designer Series Paper is not Christmas specific either and comes from the Regals 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper pack. It worked so well with this card though and does help to make if feel more like Christmas.
The Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels were coloured using Dark Real Red Stampin' Blends to create Christmas berries.
The Real Red & White Baker's Twine from the 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue does look like a Christmas product, but it doesn't necessarily have to be.
I hope you like how I have interpreted this month's challenge to make non-Christmas products work for a Christmas project.
