Splendid Autumn Everyday Arches Card

Looking through the arched window beyond the creek, to the beautiful fields of flowers. How beautiful and peaceful is this card!


I created this beautiful scenery card with the gorgeous Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper and the Everyday Arches Dies.

Measurements

Card Base - Mossy Meadow Cardstock - 21cm x 14.85cm, scored and folded at 10.5cm

Layer - Basic Beige Cardstock - 9.9cm x 14.25cm

Strip Layer - Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper (Fresh Freesia) - 4.9cm x 14.25cm

Arch Layer - Mossy Meadow Cardsock - 10.5cm x 13.5cm, die cut with 2nd largest die

Arch Scene - Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper scene - 9cm x 12.5cm, die cut with 3rd largest die

Instructions

  1. Cut and fold card base.
  2. Emboss the layer piece of Basic Beige Cardstock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder. Ink around the edges of the embossed piece using a Sponge Dauber with Basic Beige ink. 
  3. Adhere Strip Layer to the left side of Basic Beige Layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Ink the top, bottom and left edges using a Sponge Dauber with Basic Beige ink. 
  4. Adhere the layered pieces to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  5. Die Cut the Mossy Meadow Arch.
  6. Die Cut the scenery piece from Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper.
  7. Use Embossing Buddy to rub all over the die cut scenery.
  8. Using Versamark Ink, stamp the arched sentiment from the Everyday Arches Stamp Set onto die cut scenery. Sprinkle White Embossing Powder over stamped image, tap off excess and heat with Heat Tool.
  9. Stamp two birds in the sky from the Everyday Arches Stamp Set, using Basic Gray Classic Stampin' Pad.
  10. Adhere scenery arch piece to Mossy Meadow Cardstock Arch piece, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 
  11. Wrap Linen Thread three times around the layered arches and tie a bow at the right side.
  12. Adhere the arches to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  13. Add three Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.
