Full of Life Cards

Do you love water colours? If you said yes, then you will love this Suite!

Today I have two projects for you which were created with the Full of Life Suite and were inspired by the 2024-2025 Annual Catalogue.

The first project is a paper pieced thank you card, with lots of die cut elements and some colour bending, using Blending Brushes. 

The second card is a simple monochromatic Best Wished card that is a direct CASE from the catalogue with the addition of some embellishments.

The gorgeous Full of Life 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper was created in a range of colours using water colour techniques, then photographed to create stunning paper. There are 48 sheets of 12 double-sided designs in the pack and I really think that they are so much more vibrant in real life than in the photos. 

Full of Life Heartfelt Thank you Card

For this card I used the framed home decore sample in the catalogue as inspiration to create a square card. I used a different design of Designer Series Paper from the pack and different colours. 

Some of the white leaves were coloured using Blending Brushes with Balmy Blue and Crushed Curry inks. 

The solid heart was also softly coloured with Blending Brushed and Pretty In Pink ink and the fine outline piece was coloured using the same colour in a heavier tone. 

I also die cut two smaller leaves in Coastal Cabana and Shy Shamrock Cardstock.

All of the leaves were adhered to the back of the heart before mounting the heart on the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The ribbon was folded in half, ends trimmed and adhered to the heart with Mini Glue Dots.

The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in white embossing powder, on Berry Burst Cardstock. The ends were trimmed and it was the adhered over the ribbon using Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped three pink hearts in Pretty In Pink ink onto the Designer Series Paper and finished the card with five Rhinestone Basic Jewels. 

The second card is a simple stamping project in a monochromatic colour scheme. This project was CASED (Copied And Selectively Edited) from the Annual Catalogue, with just a variation in card size and the addition of embellishments. Its' a great quick and easy card. 

Full of Life Best Wishes Monochromatic Card

The card base for this card is Blueberry Bushel cardstock.

I used Blueberry Bushel ink to stamp the paint brush-strokes on Basic White Cardstock in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation, not re-inking between stamping the brush-stroke stamped images. 

I then used Night of Navy ink to stamp the Best Wishes sentiment over the brush-strokes.

Blueberry Bushel ink was used to stamp the hearts from the Friends For Life Stamp Set onto Basic White Cardstock and die cut with the coordinating Friends For Life Dies. The hearts were then adhered to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals

I completed the card with three blue embellishments from the Tinsel Gems 4 Pack.
