Joy & Peace Night Divine Card

A few weeks ago I had one of my beautiful friends come over to make Christmas cards with me. We each had a great time chatting as we crafted and creating with different stamp sets, dies and Designer Series Paper. I chose the Night Divine Bundle and O Holy Night Designer Series Paper from the O Holy Night Suite Collection and created this Christmas card. I then shared this on my Live Creative Time this week and enjoyed re-creating it with my viewers. 

Joy & Peace Night Divine Card

With this gorgeous O Holy Night Designer Series Paper and Night Divine Dies it's so easy to make a gorgeous Nativity Scene for Christmas, whether it be a card like mine, or a framed home decor piece. 

For my card, I die cut all the nativity pieces from Basic Black Cardstock to create a silhouette scene. To the Designer Series Paper I added a layer of torn Crumb Cake Cardstock with inked edge for the ground. I stamped the sentiment from the Night Divine Stamp Set onto Misty Moonlight Cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed it in White Embossing Powder. I then inked around the edges with a Sponge Dauber and Misty Moonlight ink to frame the sentiment label. The stable, donkey and sheep were mounted on Stampin' Dimensionals and all other pieces were adhered flat. I embellished the card with Adhesive-backed Star Trinkets and gold Festive Pearls.

Card Base - Night of Navy Cardstock - 21cm x 14.85cm, scored and folded at 10.5cm

Layer - Basic White Cardstock - 14.4cm x 10.1cm

Layer - O Holy Night Designer Series Paper - 14cm x 9.7cm

Layer - Crumb Cake Cardstock - 14cm x 2.5cm - tear along top edge.

Die Cut images - Basic Black Cardstock - 14.8cm x 10.5cm

Sentiment label - Misty Moonlight Cardstock - 6.5cm x 1.7cm

Insert - Basic White Cardstock - 14.4cm x 10.1cm
