Winter Card with Season of Chic

Today is the 1st of June and here in Australia it is the first day of winter. I thought it was a great day to create a winter themed card using the Season of Chic stamp set and Chic Dies. I love this 17 piece stamp set as it's so versatile for lots of different seasonal cards and includes sentiments for many different occasions. The coordinating dies are awesome too, with lots of additional dies to include on your projects.

I paired the Season of Chic Stamp Set and Chic Dies with the Countryside Inn Designer Series for a nice wintery feel. I then added some snow flurries in white embossing powder, die cut snowflakes, Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels and some Wink of Stella for a shimmery, winter card.

Card Base - Night of Navy - 21cm x 14.85cm, scored and folded at 10.5cm

Layer - Basic White Cardstock - 10.1cm x 14.45cm

Layer - Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper - 9.7cm x 14.05cm

Die cut Lattice - Vellum Cardstock - 7.5cm x 9.5cm

Designer Series Paper strip - Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper - 6cm x 3cm

Sentiment strip - Basic White Cardstock - 8cm x 2cm

Die cut Snowflakes - Basic White Cardstock - 12cm x 5cm - cut 2 large and 1 medium
