Hello Favored Flowers Card

For this card today I have used the FREE Favored Flowers (American spelling) 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper. This paper is stunning with its gorgeous floral designs and patterned reverse sides. 

Hello Favored Flowers Card

I started with a Petal Pink cardstock base, then added a strip of Dry Brush Metallic Specialty Designer Series Paper to the top and bottom edge. I had a bit of a "creative opportunity" moment (aka boo boo) when filming the video for this card, so added a 3mm strip of Petal Pink cardstock to the very edge of the top and bottom after we finished rolling. Next came a layer of Basic White, then a layer of Favoured Flowers Designer Series Paper in the Petal Pink design. I then added the die cut piece of Brushed Gold Metallic cardstock, which had been cut from the Chic Dies. Then came the largest stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I fussy cut some flowers from the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper and adhered them to the white circle, offsetting them to the left side. I stamped my Hello sentiment with Evening Evergreen ink and the Biggest Wish stamp set. I mounted this on Stampin' Dimensionals, then added two Brushed Brass Butterflies. I was thinking afterwards that I could have also added Wink of Stella to the flowers for some added bling.

Gold Brushed Metallic cardstock - 7.5cm x 9.5cm (die cut with mesh Chic Dies)

Stitched Circle - 8.5cm x 8.5cm (die cut with largest Circle from Stylish Shapes Dies)

Sentiment Label - 6.5cm x 3.5cm (die cut with largest short Stylish banner)
