Framed Florets You Are Loved Card

Do you love florals? Fabrics, clothing, handbags, artworks, flowers in the garden and of course floral cards. I love florals and I also love vintage inspired papercraft projects, so combine the two and you have my favourite kinds of projects.

This week I have an absolutely gorgeous project for you, using the new Fitting Florets Suite Collection that have just released this month to Demonstrators. They will be available to customers on the 1st November 2022.

Now I can't take credit for the original design, as it was designed by the amazing Stampin' Up!® creative team. However, I changed it up a little, as I like to do, and made it my own. When I first saw the sample card I knew that I had to make it because it was so gorgeous.

I just love the oval frames and how they nest inside each other. You can mix and match them, which is so fun. They remind me of an ornate oval gold mirror that my parents had in our home when we were growing up. I guess these days it would be considered vintage.

The floral designs in the Framed Florets bundle are gorgeous and lend themselves to be coloured in your favourite colours and die cut to coordinate with your project. The florals on the designer series paper is so pretty (see my video below)  and even the softer colours on the reverse side such as the one I used in this project are so beautiful. Don't you think this paper looks like wallpaper?
