Driving By Just To Say Hi

Welcome to my blog. Today I am participating in Bruno and Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Program monthly Blog Hop, with other Demonstrators from around the world. We are all training together to learn how to improve and build our Stampin' Up!®  businesses.
After you have finished here on my blog, be sure to hop along to the other Demonstrators Blogs for some more amazing creative inspiration.
Our theme is Thank You cards and so I thought these cute cards would make great cards to send to my customers.

Are you a VW car lover? Have you ever owned one - a Kombi or a Beetle Bug?

The Driving By stamp set from Stampin' Up!® has three cute little cars in it and two of them look like a VW Kombie and a VW Beetle (otherwise known as a Bug by some).

Did you know that you can get this stamp set for FREE during Sale-A-Bration with orders over $90 AUD? How cool is that. Freebies just for shopping. Who doesn't love a freebie! You can find more information about Sale-A-Bration in the brochure over on the right of this blog. Just click on the Sale-A-Bration brochure image on my blog Home page to view the PDF version. If you would like a hard copy of this brochure or any of the Stampin' Up!® catalogues, contact me so that I can send them to you.

Beetles and Kombi's played a big part in my family's life as I was growing up with my siblings owning them and even before we was born too, as our parent's owned one before having us kids. So when I saw the Driving By stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration brochure, it brought back so many memories.

Roll on many, many years and we have a Kombi and a Beetle in the house again. Literally IN. THE. HOUSE. You may wonder how that is possible... well we have a Lego builder in our family who has a Red Kombi Lego model and a Blue Beetle Lego model. They are super cool models with so much detail. These two models were the inspirations for the cards I am sharing today. These two cards were designed by my daughter and I re-created the Red Kombi on my weekly Monday Facebook Live this week. How cute is it!

Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels were used to embellish with Basic White Baker's Twine.

You can see how to create the Red Kombi card on my video:

The same card layout was used to create the super cute Blue VW Beetle card.
