Cute Handmade Cards for Twins

Have you ever thought “How do I make a cute handmade cards for twins?"
Finding cards for twins is so difficult, let alone when one is a girl and one is a boy.
Have you ever tried to find one in the shops? Almost impossible! So why not make your own hand made cards instead. People always appreciate it even more than a store bought card.

I have been playing with a new stamp set from Stampin' Up!® which is super cute, called Zany Zebras. One of the handmade cards I made was for our friend's little girl.
I loved it so much that I then went on to make a little boy version for her twin brother.
So now they will have matching cute handmade cards, but in different colours.

These cards are so super easy to make, that anyone could make them.

I used the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper, which is one of the Stampin' Up!® patterned paper packs. It has a range of fun colours and designs in the 12" x 12" pack.
I also used some Stampin' Up! Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon and Rhinestone Basic Jewels to add some bling to the card.

To cut the circles, I used the 2 1/4" Circle Punch with some Pumpkin Pie, Magenta Madness and Daffodil Delight cardstock. I then fussy cut (hand cut) the cute zebras, went over their stripes and mane with Light Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends and mounted them each on the circles with Stampin' Dimensionals (mounting foam).

I've added a mat layer of Melon Mambo cardstock beneath the Designer Series Paper (DSP) to make the DSP really pop.

I loved the cute sentiment "Kick up your Heels", but i ended up changing it to "It's Time To Celebrate", seeing as these cute handmade cards are going to be for little twins.
