Gratitude Gifts

Today I am participating in the monthly Blog Hop of Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program.
Each month we join together and have fun as we share our creations all around the world.
After viewing my blog, please click on the blog links at the bottom of the page to hop on to explore the awesome creations of the other amazing Demonstrators in our training group.

As we all know this strange time we are living in with COVID-19 is a source of much stress and uncertainty and of course our emotions can be up and down.
This is a time when we can use our gifts of creativity to uplift and encourage others, letting them know we care.
I have been making lots of different projects to send to people to put a smile on their face.

A couple of weeks ago I made this beautiful gratitude journal for a very close friend.
It's good for us to focus on positives and the things we are thankful for and these Pressed Petals Journal were the perfect choice when I decided to make a gift from my special friend. I decided to CASE (copy and share everything) this Gratitude Journal from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue using products from the Pressed Petals Suite in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue.

I then decided to make another one on my Facebook Live last Monday and give it to my beautiful Mother-in-law for Mother's Day. This time I thought I would change it up and use other coordinating products from the Pressed Petals Suite in a different colour scheme.
You can view my Facebook Live HERE. My creative time starts around 27:15 minutes.

This gorgeous Journal, Designer Series Paper (DSP), Dies, Specialty Washi Tape and embellishments is sadly going to be retired on 2nd June 2020. So if you love it, be sure to get your order in soon before they sell out.

I also made a matching tea-bag holder gift, complete with sentiment pocket. This little holder is an adaptation of a fun fold card, that I discovered recently from Patty Bennett.
The Tea Together stamp set was the perfect one to embellish this project.

Needless to say, my MIL absolutely loved her gifts, especially as they were hand made.

Some of the inside pages of these journals have beautiful messages of gratitude and encouragement with room to write your own thoughts as well.
I embellished a few of the pages a little further with some uplifting sentiments.

I hope you enjoyed my projects today as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Products used can be seen below.
*** Please note that some of these products are reduced as they are retiring soon.
