Nature themed cards are so versatile. They make great masculine cards and can also be used for your female friends and family too.
Today I’m sharing this lovely card that I designed and made on my Facebook Live on Monday. If you would like to see how I made it, you can view my video by clicking here.
I love how copper metallic elements go so well with the colours of nature in this card.
I have used the Rooted In Nature Stamp Set with coordinating Nature’s Roots Dies for the main focal point and the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set for the sentiment, teamed with the gorgeous Garden Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP).
I heat embossed the tree and the sentiment in Copper Embossing Powder then die cut them using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I used Copper Metallic Foil Cardstock, Copper Brads, Copper Trim and a Copper Leaf trinket to embellish my card.

The log was stamped in Soft Suede, which I stamped off once, then onto Sahara Sand cardstock, fussy cut it with Paper Snips and distressed the edges with Sahara Sand ink using a Sponge Dauber. I also distressed the edges of all the Very Vanilla Cardstock pieces with Sahara Sand Ink in the same way, as well as the turned up corner of DSP and the die cut leaves.
Once I had prepared all my elements for this card, it was easy to layer and adhere them.
